Simple Rules for Pastoral Ordination and Licensing
- Commitment to Faith
Applicants must demonstrate a clear commitment to the Christian faith, biblical principles, and the mission of New Alliance Ministries. - Educational Requirements
Completion of theological training or relevant coursework is preferred. Candidates may be required to attend training sessions or submit proof of equivalent experience. - Moral Integrity
All applicants must exhibit high moral character, ethical conduct, and a lifestyle consistent with biblical teachings. - Ministerial Calling
Candidates must express a clear calling to ministry and provide a personal testimony of their journey in faith and service. - Application Process
Submit a completed application form, including references from church leaders or mentors, and agree to an interview with the ordination committee. - Agreement with Doctrinal Beliefs
Candidates must affirm agreement with the doctrinal statement of New Alliance Ministries, Inc. - Ongoing Accountability
Licensed and ordained ministers are expected to remain accountable, participate in ministry activities, and uphold the values of the organization. - Renewal and Updates
Licensing may require periodic renewal, with proof of active ministry involvement and continued adherence to ministry guidelines.
